Who we are
Brut & Barrel Ltd. Lower Ground Floor, 15 Dormer Place, Leamington Spa, CV32 5AA. [email protected]
What we collect
If you sign up to the Cueva Club, we store your name and email address via Brevo to send you updates about the opening and the bar. We don't share this data with third parties for marketing purposes.
If you download a Patron card and provide an email address, we store your claim code and use your email to send you a confirmation. That's it.
If you send a table or private hire enquiry through the form on the home page, we receive your name, email address, party size, date and what it is for. The form is handled by Formspree, who pass it to us by email. We use it only to reply to you.
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use the site. You choose whether to allow this when you first visit, via the cookie notice, and nothing is set until you do.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your data at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
Cookies
The site itself uses your browser's local storage (not cookies) to remember your progress through hidden features and your visit count. This stays on your device.
Other services the site uses
Some features of the site, such as the door counter and the weekly word, contact our own small services (hosted on Cloudflare), and the cava pages contact our counter service. These record that a visit happened and use a random session ID that is not linked to your name or email. Like any web service, they see your IP address in order to respond.
The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, and the cava pages load a PDF library from cdnjs. Loading these means your IP address is sent to Google and Cloudflare in the normal way.
If you accept analytics via the cookie notice, Google Analytics sets its own cookies (for example _ga) to measure site usage. These last up to two years. If you reject, or ignore the notice, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
